The Intention Bar

The Intention Bar is a hands-on experience that brings together creativity, reflection and ritual. Choose what you want to welcome, strengthen or release, then create a personalized intention piece using thoughtfully selected herbs, crystals, salts and other symbolic ingredients.

This is not about placing your power in an object. It is about slowing down long enough to become clear about what matters—and creating something tangible to remind you of that intention.

Nothing is more powerful than you.

You will be gently guided through the process of choosing an intention and selecting ingredients that connect with it.

Your intention might focus on:

• Protection
• Love and connection
• Abundance
• Healing and wellbeing
• Clarity
• Confidence
• Peace and calm
• Releasing what no longer serves you

You will learn about the traditional and symbolic qualities of the available ingredients, but the final choices are always yours. There is no single correct combination. The most meaningful creation is the one that feels personal to you.

The Intention Bar isn’t about making something and forgetting about it.

As you create, you will be invited to consider:

• What does this intention mean to me?
• Why is it important right now?
• What am I ready to change, practise or choose?
• What action can I take to support it?

You will leave with your completed creation, simple instructions for using it and a clearer connection to the intention behind it.

A light, creative introduction to intention work.

Each guest creates either a personalized intention jar or a complete candle ritual, including a coloured candle, reusable holder and instructions.

Approximately 90 minutes

A fuller experience combining reflection, creativity and intuitive guidance.

Each guest creates a personalized intention jar and candle ritual, receives a brief one-card tarot message and chooses a practical action to help carry the intention into everyday life.

Approximately 2 hours

An immersive intention-setting experience for those who want to go deeper.

Each guest creates a larger intention jar, a candle ritual and an additional ritual item such as a sachet, salt blend or simmer-pot blend. The experience also includes an individual five-to-ten-minute tarot message for each participant.

Approximately 2½–3 hours

Bring the Intention Bar to your home, gathering or special event.

Private experiences require a minimum of six participants. The host’s experience is complimentary with eight or more paying guests.
